- Tasks: Take exact wall measurements of the Great Room (23'x23') and Bedroom (12'x14') for furniture planning. Inspect the walk-in shower entrance, grab bars, and safety transitions. Verify the deposit payment terms with Ben (Mema recalls it is 10% down to secure the apartment).
