Use this document to track all actionable tasks leading up to and following Bob and Anita's move from Milton to Cedar Crest in Janesville.

Starting immediately, continuing through the move, and extending until they are fully settled at Cedar Crest, Christian will check in every weekend (or close to it) to maintain momentum and address core issues:

  • Technology Support: Check phones, tablets, Apple Watch reminders (especially Mom's pill alerts), TV setups, and internet.
  • Medical & Health: Assist with MyChart reviews, prescriptions, and hearing aid maintenance.
  • Food & Groceries: Verify food stock, assist with groceries, and discuss community dining integration.
  • Paperwork & Home Support: Help organize mail, bills, legal forms, real estate papers, and handle light tasks around the home.

    • [ ] Vehicle Transitions: Transfer the Ford Escape to Timothy and the 2018 Toyota Prius to Stella (including title transfers and updating insurance/DMV records).
    • [ ] Coordinate vehicle parking spot booking at Cedar Crest for the new modern vehicle.

📦 Two Weeks Before Move

To support Mom and Dad in adjusting to their new surroundings and establishing a comfortable routine, coordinate a family rotation schedule.
